NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IS ALLOWED.
THE GROVE HOTEL WILL BE CLOSING FOR THE SEASON ON SEPTEMBER 27th.
THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED SEPTEMBER 7th UNTIL SEPTEMBER 12th FOR THE MISS FIRE ISLAND PAGEANT.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In is guaranteed after 3:00 pm. Check-Out is at 11:00 am.
There are no late checkouts.
At check-in, guests should have the IDs of all who are staying in the room and the credit card used to book the room.
A $10 cash key card deposit is required and will be returned when the key card is returned at check-out.
Cancellation Policy
We will only issue an 80% refund of your reservation, and we will have a 20% cancellation fee will only be issued if we receive an email request fourteen (14) days or more days before your arrival date. After that, we will not refund you for any reason.
There are NO exceptions to this rule.
If you book a room within fourteen (14) days of your arrival, and you need to cancel, there is no refund.
You must request any cancellation via email by responding to the confirmation email.
The Ice Palace Resort is not responsible for items left in your room or on the property.
